Climate Change and Forestry Handbook

The Climate Change & Forestry Handbook was created by the Climate Smart Land Network for professional foresters or landowners interested in a basic understanding of the science, forest impacts, and management implications of climate change. It provides an overview of the most important aspects of this broad and complex topic, while helping index into more detailed resources for those that want or need more information. The Handbook consists of three separate parts:

  • Part 1: A Changing Climate
  • Part 2: Forest Response to Climate Change
  • Part 3: Managing Forests in a Changing Climate

View it below or download a copy here.
